Bio-impedance Analysis

The Salter 9119 MIBody USB PC Body Analyser Scale uses "Bio-impedance analysis" (B.I.A.) to shows body weight, water, muscle and body fat percentage by passing a tiny safe electrical impulse through the body to distinguish between fat tissue and lean muscle. The MIBody also displays BMI, BMR (kcal), and Visceral fat rating.

MiBody Analysis Software

The Salter 9119 MIBody USB PC Body Analyser Scale  has three fitness levels and is supplied with a USB stick  to transfer your readings to a computer (software included) is simple to use - enter personal statistics once only, then just stand on.

Modes

The Salter 9119 MIBody USB PC Body Analyser Scale has 3 modes:

Mode 1: for people who exercise lightly or infrequently (e.g. less than 20mins per week)

Mode 2: for people who engage in moderate exercise (30mins, 3 to 5 times once or twice a week.

Mode 3: for people who are highly active engaging in moderate to vigarous exercise (60mins, 5 times a week.
